At Harold’s Inn we want to make your special event one to remember. We offer buffets and sit down choices for lunch and dinner. We have an event specialist who will guide you through all of the details for planning your event. Many families have been so pleased with their events that they have celebrated several special occasions with us.
We offer private or semi private space for smaller lunch or dinner parties Tuesday through Thursday. We are sometimes able to guarantee a private indoor room weekdays for a 30 guest minimum. Rental Guidelines and Requirements
- $100 deposit required to reserve your date with a signed contract for all private events
- Deposit is refundable up to 30 days before your event.
- Private event space minimum food and beverage Guarantees as follows:
- Patio private space
- Tuesday through Thursday Lunch $1000
- Friday and Saturday lunch $1200
- Tuesday through Thursday Dinner $1500
- Friday and Saturday Dinner $2400
- Indoor Private space
- lunch $500
- Tuesday through Thursday Dinner $800
- Friday and Saturday Dinner $1500
- We reserve the right to change indoor room assignments due to fluctuations in attendance and set up requirements.
- All private Events are 3 hours, additional service charge of $150 an hour for extended time.
- You may decorate 1 hour prior to your private event, [11 a.m. for lunch decorating] table decorations only or stand alone decor, no tape or attachments to walls. Can request additional set up time prior at $40 an hour to cover early open labor cost.
- You may alter your count up until 5 days prior to your event date.
- Your final count must be received 5 days in advance.
- The minimum buffet count must be met.
- You will be charged based on your final count (additional charge for additional guests).
- Final payment the day of the Event as follows:
- Cash or Personal check acceptable with valid driver’s license for ID.
- Credit Cards, processing fee of 3%
- All food and beverage subject to a 6% food sales tax and service gratuity of 20% for one check.
- Optional Liquor Packages- open bar, drink tickets, cash bar.
