Private Parties & Banquets
At Harold’s Inn we want to make your special event one to remember. We offer a variety of lunch and dinner Banquet choices, also plenty of Hors D’oeuvres to choose from. We have an event specialist who will guide you through all of the details for planning your event. Many families have been so pleased with their events that they have celebrated several special occasions with us.
We are happy to guarantee a private room for a 50 guest minimum. We often have private space available for smaller lunch or dinner parties, Sunday through Thursday.
Guidelines and Requirements
- $100 deposit required to reserve your date.
- Deposit is refundable up to 30 days before your event.
- Private room free of charge for a 3 hour period with your 50 guest minimum- service charge of $50.00 per additional hour.
- We reserve the right to change indoor room assignments due to fluctuations in attendance and set up requirements.
- You may decorate 1 hour prior to your private event, table decorations only.
- You may alter your count up until 3 days prior to your event date.
- Your final count must be received 3 days in advance.
- The minimum buffet count must be met.
- You will be charged based on your final count (additional charge for additional guests).
- Final payment is due the day of your event. Cash or credit card accepted. Personal check acceptable with valid driver’s license for ID.
- All food and beverage subject to a 6% food sales tax and service gratuity of 20% for one check.
- Separate checks available at no extra charge for up to 29 guests.
- Optional Liquor Packages- open bar, drink tickets, cash bar.
Linen options available upon request for $1.35 each.
